The "Preview in Browser" icon will show you what the project will look like when it runs in a web browser. While in the browser, you can replay the current project to see the effect of your modifications.
Click on the "Preview in Browser" icon.
*Note
The "Preview in Browser" function is also useful for previewing your project if you have selected "full screen".
